Whole grains provide a lot more anti-aging antioxidants and they also provide one of the key elements of a healthy skin diet - fiber. Fiber helps to keep your body clean by absorbing toxins and practically making your intestines clean. Another reason why fiber is helpful is that is absorbs fluids and fills you up quickly. You are clean on the inside, giving your body a chance to focus on making you beautiful by bringing the healthy nutrients to your skin.
Take a really good multivitamin supplement or a supplement specifically for good skin, hair and nails! Or even a very healthy diet that includes Omega 3 and Omega 6 found in Almonds, Walnuts, Sunflower Seeds, Grape Seeds, make sure you have plenty of Vitamin C - Broccoli, Citrus Fruit, Rosehips, Parsley.
Eat plenty of Organic fruit and Organic vegetables; Eat healthier foods like fish, fresh fruits, and vegetables. You can still eat other foods but lower the intake of fat, sugar, and calories. Some foods have empty calories. Avoid them as much as possible. Avoid much junk food such as potato chips, pizza, cookies, cakes, etc.

Drink plenty of water and green/herbal teas.
Make sure to take in plenty of cool water each day. Drink a lot of tea and water to make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated.
Water flushes away the toxins and gives your skin that natural glow. Avoid drinking too many caffeinated drinks and minimize alcohol intake.

Exercise
Exercise is also an essential part of great natural beauty care for the skin. A brisk walk in nature provides you with fresh air and oxygen. It relaxes your mind while you improve your circulation all throughout your body. Great circulation again helps your bodies’ effort to bring nutrients to each cell in your body and it removes any debris. Great muscle tone also makes you look beautiful.

Moisturizers
Moisturize your skin daily. This will keep your skin soft and will also keep your skin beautiful as you get older. Use moisturizer at night to prevent sweating and dirt that gather on your face during the day.

Exfoliate your skin to waken it up and give you a healthy glow. Only exfoliate your skin once or twice a week, though. Over exfoliating can make you more prone to breakouts. Never wash your face with hot water. It makes it dry. Use normal or cold water which energizes your skin and makes it pinker, giving it a blushing effect.
